Peyton Manning Extra Signature Mystery Solved!

As seen here, I had found a picture of a Peyton Manning Extra Signature which I wasn't sure of where it had come from.  Whilst searching the NFL shop, I came across NFL series one Adrenalyn XL card sets.  There is a full box and 10 starter packs avaliable all which say includes Peyton Manning Extra Signature.  I would buy one of these for the card but the postage of gear to Australia is an insane price which I am not willing to pay.  But anyway enjoy the pictures and maybe pick one up for yourself.

Darren Collison Series Two Special

The Pacers are in the second round of the NBA playoffs with the help of a few key players including Darren Collison.  Collison is the sort of player that goes unrecognised but is always a great player on your team.  Collison's Special has a high offense and defense of 88.

Ryan Succop Series Two Base

Ryan Succop was Mr Irrelevant back in 2009 but has shown that he is more than just irrelevant.  Ryan is a punter and is now the starting punter for his Kansas City Chiefs.  Ryan is also the only Mr Irrelevant to have a Adrenalyn XL.  With a star rating of 7, I think he must be doing a good job.

2012 London Olympics Adrenalyn XL Out Now!

Now the set we have all been waiting for (or just me) is now out in the U.K.  Now for those wondering how this set works, it is a set full of different sports including cycling, swimming, basketball and a ton of others.  There aren't many pictures of the cards on the internet for me to find but I have found a checklist via footballcardsandstickers.com.  I would love to get my hands on these cards especially the basketball players.  From just looking at these they will be obviously only avaliable in the U.K. due to the fact most of the athletes are British.  On the good side at least there is Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Usain Bolt, Cadel Evans and Michael Phelps.

How Much Would you Pay or Sell for a Blake Griffin Rookie Card?

Depending on the player, rookie cards of certain players can either sell for a large amount or can be sold for a amount cheaper then the price of bread.  I had the idea to give a small price guide of as many Adrenalyn XL cards as I could give possibly and so here is that idea being put into use and it will be continued.  Blake Griffin was the first I wanted to research after my brother managed to pull one of his signature cards from a 2011/12 NBA Hoops Retail Blaster box.  Blake is one of the top players in the NBA and has managed to help his Los Angeles Clippers to the playoffs with some help from Chris Paul.  But more to the point, I looked for Blake's first Adrenalyn XL card which is his rookie card on the internet searching Ebay and Check Out My Cards.

Blake Griffin's Adrenalyn XL Rookie card

If you were looking at getting his Rookie card on Ebay, you would be looking at paying a average of $13.03 with the lowest currently avaliable for $7.86.  On Check Out My Cards the average price of a Blake Rookie is  $12.60 which is more cheaper then buying one of Ebay.  For those who are interested in 'Graded Cards', there is one avaliable for $38.60 which is a Gem Mint and has a rating of 9.5 by Beckett.  So here is the recap of all the prices.

Ebay - $13.03
COMC - $12.60
Graded on Ebay - $38.60
Average Price - $12.74

So for those looking for a Blake Griffin Adrenalyn XL card, your looking at double digits...
